The opportunity

You will take part in meaningful work and real-life projects that will help you grow both professionally and personally throughout the program.
Location: Cincinnati, OH
Schedule: You must be available to work approximately 20-hour work week starting in January, this will be a day shift position.
The qualified candidate will fulfill a co-op opportunity in Quality Assurance.
How You’ll Spend Your Day
This Co-Op opportunity provides the student with experience in several areas, with opportunities to work on cross functional projects and initiatives such as R&D, MS&T, Operations, and Quality in launching women’s hormonal products improving patient’s health.
Quality Co-op will work with Quality Engineers in manufacturing technologies such as: dry/wet granulation, compression, coating, and encapsulation, packaging technologies such as bottle filling and blister thermoforming. This individual will provide manufacturing/packaging operational support including root cause problem solving, continuous improvement, deviation investigations, and Corrective action plans.

Your Experience And Qualifications
- Enrolled in an accredited college or university program preferably pursuing a chemical, mechanical, or Bio-medical engineering.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills will be required to engage with other departments within the site.
- Strong time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Visio, Project)
- Works independently and receives minimal guidance.
