What's the role?
Tevora is seeking a Leader for its Payments (PCI) Practice. This team plays a critical role in ensuring the security and compliance of payment systems for our clients, helping to protect against data breaches and maintain adherence to PCI-DSS standards. As the leader of this consulting practice, you will drive business growth, client success, and technical excellence in all matters related to payments security.
The successful candidate for this role will be an inspiring leader with a keen eye for detail and the ability to think strategically. They should possess strong communication skills, be self-directed, and have the ability to manage a diverse set of client and team needs. Flexibility and curiosity are essential as the payments landscape evolves rapidly, and they must be willing to continuously learn and adapt to new challenges.
A day in the life could include :
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Operations, other Consulting teams) to develop solutions that address critical business issues related to payment security and PCI compliance.
- Managing a team of consultants to ensure successful client engagements and deliverables.
- Supporting presales efforts in scoping and pricing engagements. Participating in client presentations to demonstrate our capabilities in payments security.
- Partnering with the marketing team to develop thought leadership materials, case studies, and webinars to position Tevora as a leader in PCI compliance and payment security.
- Driving strategic initiatives to grow the Payments practice, including developing new service offerings.
- Providing guidance, mentorship, and support of consultants on client assessments.
- Overseeing the development and implementation of security controls for payment systems.
- Advising clients on emerging threats and best practices in payments security.
