Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive inspections of threshold buildings.
- Review plans and specifications to verify compliance with applicable building codes, regulations, and standards.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and documentation, highlighting any deficiencies or required corrections.
- Collaborate with contractors, engineers, and architects to address inspection findings and ensure compliance.
- Provide guidance and recommendations to clients regarding construction practices and regulatory requirements.

- Act as a representative of Tew & Taylor during inspections and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred.
- Valid Florida Threshold Inspector certification and relevant licensure.
- Proven experience as a threshold inspector or in a similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of Florida Building Code and local regulations.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, contractors, and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
