Competitive Salary : $85,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year, based on experience.

Responsibilities :

Make patients feel as comfortable as possible before and during their appointment.

Conduct initial mouth screenings and assess both oral and medical health histories.

Identify conditions like gingivitis, periodontitis, and caries.

Perform thorough teeth cleanings and preventive care procedures (e.g., fluoride applications, plaque removal).

Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices (e.g., demonstrating brushing techniques).

Take digital x-rays and scans.

Assist dentists in recommending appropriate treatments for dental conditions.

Sterilize dental instruments according to health regulations.

Maintain accurate patient documentation and charts.

Requirements :

Current active Massachusetts Dental Hygiene License.

Experience with Dentrix software is a plus.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with patients.

A team-oriented attitude and a passion for patient care.
