What are the responsibilities and job description for the Project Manager position at Tex-Oma Builders Supply CO.?
We are seeking a Project Manager with previous experience in any of the following:
- Hollow Metal Doors and Frames
- Wooden Doors
- Door Hardware
- Electronic Access Door Hardware
- Construction
Experience in Comsense is a plus!
As a Project Manager, you will:
- Be the Point of Contact for your projects
- Handle job correspondence via email or phone (Computer literacy required)
- Process Change Orders
- Travel to jobsites for meetings (Driver's License required, Company will reimburse for mileage)
Project Manager Qualifications:
- Ability to communicate effectively with suppliers and customers
- Able to work under pressure and deescalate calls.
- Ability to learn Company System quickly and efficiently.
- Able to interpret site drawings
This position is In Office at our Denison Location, but attendance may be required at offsite meetings with clients.
Normal Hours are 8am to 5pm Monday - Friday with 1hr lunch and two 15 minute breaks. Overtime May be Required.
PTO, Paid Holidays, & Benefits after 90 Days.
Pay will depend on experience.
