About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Aerial Foreman to join our team at Kanaan Communications, LLC. As a key member of our construction crew, you will be responsible for safely leading the team in executing daily planned production, ensuring that materials issuances, usage, and reporting are consistent with company policies and practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the crew in executing daily planned production, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment
- Manage materials issuances, usage, and reporting to ensure compliance with company policies and practices
- Coordinate the activities of others to achieve daily production goals
- Ensure all work sites are safely set up and all work is executed safely
- Capture crew production each day and report to supervisors/project managers
- Oversee training of new crew members and provide additional training as needed
- Assist with the development, training, and implementation of new technical procedures
- Follow instructions and communicate verbally, in writing, and electronically as needed
- Read and comprehend maps and schematics
- Operate equipment, including aerial lift devices, lashers, and hand tools
- Clean and maintain supplies, tools, equipment, and work areas to ensure compliance and safety regulations
Requirements
- Minimum two to five years of telecommunications construction experience
- Minimum two years of Foreman experience
- Prior work-related to quality control inspection preferred
- A valid driver's license with a good driving record (Class A CDL is a plus)
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Proficient in the use of hand tools and equipment
- Authorized to work in the United States
