Janitor/Cleaner

Tex Tech Industries is hiring a Part-time Janitor/Cleaner.  We are looking for the ideal candidate who are responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and professional environment at our 2 facilities (North Monmouth and Winthrop).  The roles involve performing a variety of cleaning tasks to ensure the facility is kept in excellent condition, providing a pleasant working environment for staff.  The applicants must have a positive team-player attitude, with a willingness to strive for excellence. Must pay attention to detail, and able to manage their time working independently. Must also have reliable transportation.

The key responsibilities are as follows:

Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors and floors.  

Vacuum and or mop floors in all areas of the facilities including entrances, stairwells reception, conference rooms, breakrooms and kitchens.  

Empty trash bins and replace liners, ensuring proper disposal of waste.

Cleaning glass doors and windows.

Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and hand soaps in restrooms along with bottled water in office and manufacturing areas.

Other duties as assigned.

Previous experience in commercial or office cleaning is preferred but not required.  

The schedules for the 2 new employees will be as follows:

Position schedule:  W-Fr 7a-3pm. (start end time flexible) 8 hour shifts
