About the Role:
We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to oversee shipping, receiving, and inventory functions while ensuring operational efficiency and compliance. This salaried, exempt position reports directly to the Plant Manager and plays a key role in inventory management and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee shipping, receiving, and material storage to meet company and customer needs
✔ Ensure material transactions within Epicor Kinetic ERP system are accurate and compliant
✔ Align inventory needs with sales and operations planning
✔ Maintain perpetual inventory accuracy through cycle counts and physical inventories
✔ Write and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
✔ Manage and train warehouse and shipping/receiving employees
✔ Oversee timekeeping records in ADP and Epicor systems
✔ Provide coaching and performance feedback
What You Need to Succeed:
🔹 Education: Bachelor’s Degree required
🔹 Experience: 3 years in a manufacturing or warehouse environment
Technical Skills:
- Experience with Epicor Kinetic ERP or SAP preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills
Physical & Work Environment:
✔ Ability to operate a forklift
✔ Regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs
✔ Work in environments with moving machinery, fumes, and chemicals (PPE provided)
✔ Must be able to read technical documents and communicate effectively
