Overview
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of design principles and be proficient in various design tools. This role involves creating visually compelling graphics based on client specifications and working directly with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their design. .
Responsibilities
- Provide design services for customers by creating designs, mock ups, and revisions for customers according to their instructions and feedback.
- Ensure customer confidence by answering their design questions, explaining artwork specifications, and assisting them with their layouts and artwork submissions.
- Provide customer service by discussing artwork with customers on the phone, via chat, email, or messaging system.
- Follow up with customers on their proofs for approval or feedback.
- Maintain our library of design elements and templates customers use to design products.
- Help create and add additional design elements and templates for customer use.
- Act as a liaison for the prepress department and the customer with regards to artwork related issues.
- Assist prepress department with checking customer submitted artwork meets our specifications.
- Assist customer service team with other customer questions, or order processing as needed.
- Provide feedback to management and software developers on design processes and customer experience.
Programs and skills
- Knowledge and experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Knowledge of the PDF file format.
- Knowledge of how to work with Pantone, spot, and named colors a plus
Job Requirements
- Training and experience in graphic design
- Previous experience in customer service
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
- HS Diploma

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
