Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize effective communication skills to assist clients via phone or in person.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain customer records.
- Handle cash transactions and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery and improve customer satisfaction.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer feedback and service inquiries.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
