About the Role
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and growth objectives. Lead, train, and motivate a team of personal lines insurance agents to optimize performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, insurance carriers, and internal stakeholders. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions. Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and underwriting guidelines. Identify new business opportunities and stay informed on market trends to drive growth. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience.

Education
Experience
Required : Minimum 5-7 years of experience in personal lines insurance sales. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Prior experience in leadership or supervisory role, managing a team of sales professionals. Active insurance license (or ability to obtain one within a specified timeframe). Preferred : Experience with insurance management software and CRM tools. Advanced knowledge of personal lines products, underwriting, and industry regulations. Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies to drive growth.
Certificates, License, and or Specialized Requirements
Must have active Personal Lines License CIC or CPIA preferred but not required.
