What You’ll Be Doing
✅ Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims like a total pro.
✅ Keeping our clients happy by providing A customer service via phone, email, and in person.
✅ Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes—accuracy is your middle name!
✅ Working with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and top-notch service.
✅ Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence.
✅ Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage.
What You Bring to the Table
Active P&C License—you’re legit!
Stellar communication and customer service skills that make clients feel valued.
Insane attention to detail—you catch what others miss.
Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) & Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment.
