Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Nurse Practitioner to join our healthcare team. The Nurse Practitioner will be responsible for assessing patient needs, developing treatment plans, and delivering comprehensive care.

Will have both in-patient and out-patient duties.

Duties
- Conduct thorough physical examinations and medical histories of patients.
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments.
- Perform procedures and other necessary interventions.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide education to patients and families regarding health management and disease prevention.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records using electronic health record systems like Epic.
- Participate in occupational health assessments as needed.
- Work effectively in various settings including clinics, inpatient units, ICU, and LTACH environments; essentially working in all in-patient and out-patient settings.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited program.
- Current Nurse Practitioner certification and state licensure.
- Experience in clinical settings; experience in ICU or occupational health is a plus.
- Proficiency in performing dialysis preferred.
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems, particularly Epic.
- Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound clinical decisions.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Pay: $116,828.00 - $121,724.00 per year
