**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Property Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in property management, with a focus on customer service and ensuring the maintenance and upkeep of our properties. This role is responsible for managing all aspects of our properties, including property leasing, maintenance, and administrative tasks.
**Duties:**
- Manage the entire lifecycle of properties, including marketing, leasing, and customer service
- Ensure all properties meet or exceed fair housing regulations and Section 8 standards
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify any maintenance or repair issues
- Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of all properties, including grounds, common areas, and individual units
- Manage the administrative tasks associated with property management, including record-keeping, billing, and accounting
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the efficient operation of all properties
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including leases, maintenance requests, and rent payments
- Perform any other duties as assigned by management
**Requirements:**
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Proven experience in property management, with a focus on customer service and property leasing
- Strong knowledge of fair housing regulations and Section 8 requirements
- Experience in facilities management and property maintenance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in office software, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 pounds
- High-level of organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work in an office setting with occasional travel to property locations
