Regional Program Coordinator

Job Description

• Maximize collaboration between local, regional, and statewide conservation associations to promote sustainable grazing practices.
• Supervise and support regional sustainable grazing facilitators in implementing programs and opportunities for landowners.
• Optimize resource utilization and identify future challenges for Landowner Conservation Associations.
• Provide face-to-face support for local meetings, coordinate educational programs, and support outreach efforts in communities.
• Work with associations to determine membership goals and assess the uptake of recommended sustainable grazing practices.
• Market online learning technologies and direct participants to relevant associations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Four years of related experience.
• Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
• Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
