Job Description
- Maximize collaboration between local, regional, and statewide conservation associations to promote sustainable grazing practices.
- Supervise and support regional sustainable grazing facilitators in implementing programs and opportunities for landowners.
- Optimize resource utilization and identify future challenges for Landowner Conservation Associations.
- Provide face-to-face support for local meetings, coordinate educational programs, and support outreach efforts in communities.
- Work with associations to determine membership goals and assess the uptake of recommended sustainable grazing practices.
- Market online learning technologies and direct participants to relevant associations.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Four years of related experience.
- Knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications.
- Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others.
