Job Description
The Student Assistant will perform duties to include inputting invoices in Aggiebuy, collecting and compiling monthly mileage logs, helping with payment cards and travel reports for the departments of Plant Pathology & Microbiology, and Horticultural Sciences.
Primary duties of this position will include:
- Input invoices into Aggiebuy, inquire for account information, if needed.
- Collect and compile monthly mileage logs for departmental vehicles.
- Help with payment cards and travel reports, as needed.
- Receipt collection, receipt matching, allocating obj codes and accounts.
- Create invoices, as needed.
- Assist in maintaining departmental business inboxes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Currently enrolled student.
- Good academic standing upon application and maintained during employment.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Dependable and responsible.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Good customer service skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Ability to prioritize tasks.
Work Schedule:
- Monday and Wednesday
- Part-time: Approximately 10 hours per week
Rate of Pay: $10/hour
