Your ability to express complex ideas and technical information to a variety of audiences will really shine in this role. Through the interactive dashboards you create and manage in Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce CRMA you’ll make it possible for our fundraising team to monitor their progress and improve their outcomes. You’ll collaborate with our data engineers to extract, clean, and integrate data from multiple sources. Your work will help us grow in accuracy, consistency, and sophistication. You will help us build and iterate key performance indicators so that we can recognize trends in our work and make smarter strategic decisions. You’ll thrive in a team-focused environment that focuses on life-long learning, creativity, and innovation. Applying your passion for mission-driven work you’ll be able to apply your organizational skills to multiple tasks and projects and showcase your calm approach to producing good work and hitting timelines.

What We Require…
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, statistics, GIS, or related field or an equivalent combination of training, education, and work experience.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in data & technology services, data strategy, information systems, statistics, GIS, or a related field.
- Experience with a relational database management system (SQL Server, MySQL, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience with regression testing, data modeling, and data governance practices.
- Experience working with and organizing disparate data sources and complex structured and unstructured data.
- Experience with at least one non-Apex, object-oriented programming language, such as Python or R.
- Ability to troubleshoot complex data loads (error handling, data transformations, type changes, ETL scheduling)
- Proven ability to utilize critical thinking skills with the ability to apply analytical rigor to solve problems and drive efforts to achieve higher level vision.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively across disciplines/units and build cross-functional, interdisciplinary partnerships.
- Experience using and working knowledge of Salesforce environment to include working with managed packages and services.
- Experience in Cloud environment deploying highly available, scalable and mission critical services with a solid understanding of security concepts and best practices.
- Experience in non-profit, higher education, or fundraising field, prior experience in college or university setting.
