We are hiring a Program Coordinator for the TTDN (Trans-Texas Digital Network)Texas A&M System wide area network program.

This role provides critical administrative and project support to the Director of Information Technology and technical staff. Work alongside the Director of Information Technology, visiting current and potentialmembers to understand their needs and priorities. Members include colleges, universities, and state system agencies which require travel throughout the State of Texas.
On any given day you will :
Prepare board meeting documents, manage calendar invites, and record meeting minutes
Support engineering project documentation and status tracking
Map current and future business process using Visio
Create training materials, newsletters, and other program communications for end-users
Managecontract and vendor quote renewals
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree and 2 years of related experience
- Prefer previous experience in networking, customer / vendor relationship management and / or project management
- Ability to multi-task and work cooperatively with others
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills
