Job Description
Purpose :
The Program Specialist III, under general supervision, performs specialist duties for the Renewable Clean Energy and Nuclear Technology (ReCENT) Program with primary responsibility to the NPI Pre-K -12 ProgramsReCENT Outreach and Training Programs.
Responsibilities :
- Provides advanced professional level administrative support to the Director.
- Coordinates college / university activities and events.
- Coordinates conferences, seminars, meetings, and workshops to facilitate ReCENT program goals.
- Coordinates planning, development, implementation and coordination of activities related to ReCENT program.
- Coordinates specialized program communications and marketing materials, including managing all ReCENT social media.
- Assists in the development of policies, procedures, and guidelines. Coordinates in the preparation and maintenance of budgets, special reports, and other documents.
- Coordinates and attends meetings and conferences to discuss the progress of the program.
- Other duties as assigned.
