The Project Coordinator III supervises, coordinates, and assists with the completion of grant projects, including all tasks needed to ensure successful achievement of goals and objects for the projects. The Project Coordinator III is responsible for overseeing the development and implementation of both didactic and experiential training opportunities for all learners. Additionally, this position may involve overseeing additional grant personnel and participating in budget preparation and management for grant projects. Effective communication across multiple learners, staff, and faculty is essential for the success of these grant projects.

Required Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education or experience
Five years of related experience in project coordination / administration
Preferred Qualifications
Master’s degree from an accredited college or university
Experience with culturally and linguistically appropriate services and behavioral health services
Experience with training and curriculum development
Bilingual (English and Spanish)
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Ability to effectively communicate, both orally and in writing, across multiple learners, staff, and faculty necessary for the success of grant projects.
Ability to positively and professionally interact with clients, staff, and patients
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
Working knowledge of office software and instructional programs
Knowledge of principles and methods for teaching and instructing individuals and groups
Skilled in utilizing various learning and active listening strategies
Ability to orally comprehend and express information and use inductive and deductive reasoning
Ability to facilitate and adapt course and the course content
Ability to positively and professionally interact with clients and staff, groups of various sizes
Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others

Responsibilities
Provides Oversight of Grant Projects : Oversees all tasks to ensure successful achievement of goals and objectives required for grant projects. Assists with the data collection and reporting of grant projects. Coordinates evaluation and dissemination. Generates status reports and completes all tasks as assigned by grant leadership. Recommends program guidelines, procedures, policies, rules, and regulations. Interprets policies, rules, and regulations and ensures they are followed. Ensures compliance with applicable regulations. Assists in the development, design, and implementation of new services. Completes other grant project duties as assigned.
Oversees and Manages Learners and Personnel for Grant Projects : Oversees the development and implementation of didactic and experiential training opportunities for all learners in partnership with grant leadership. Coordinates the schedules for didactic and experiential training. Oversees additional project personnel as required for grant projects. Communicates effectively with all learners, staff, and faculty necessary for the success of the grant projects.
Budget Preparation and Management : Develops, prepares, and manages grant project’s annual and ongoing budgets. Monitors expenditures and ensures adherence to budgetary constraints.
