Job Summary
The Program Coordinator II, under general supervision, works collaboratively with leadership to plan, develop and implement programs.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Assists in establishing short and long term goals and strategic planning.
- Collaborates with others to create new and expanded programs.
- Develops and maintains relationships with stakeholders.
- May supervise program staff.
- Oversees daily fiscal and purchasing activities, and assists in preparation and monitoring of budgets for programs and events.
- Assists in identifying funding opportunities.
- Plans, implements and evaluates programs.
- Prepares reports on program activities.
- Develops and updates training materials and delivers training.
Additional Responsibilities
- Compiles program statistics
- Collect, manage and quality control of data; initiate surveys and drafts of programmatic reports
- Create requisitions and reconciliation of grant expenses as needed.
- Conduct recruitment; establish measures for research participant retention
- Assist with the coordination of all grant activities related to contractual obligations, mandated goals and objectives, performance measures, and implementation of working partnerships
- Conduct literature review and research on sexual assault and domestic violence
- Develop and disseminate research questionnaires
- Coordinates program communications and marketing as needed
- Education - Bachelor's degree
- Experience - Four years of related experience.
- An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
- Master's degree (general).
Knowledge of
- Word processing and spreadsheet applications.
- Demonstrated strong writing and verbal skills.
- Present information clearly and concisely.
- Multitask and work cooperatively with others.
- Communicate effectively with all segments of the campus community.
- Demonstrate strong planning and organizational skills.
- Multitask, prioritize, and work with deadlines.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Forms, Qualtrics, SPSS, Spreadsheet and database applications.
