Job Summary
The Enrollment Management Communications Manager, under direction, collaborates with Enrollment Management, the Office of Marketing and Communications (MarComm), and other units as necessary, to manage all communications for prospective students and their families throughout the enrollment funnel from inquiry to enrolled stages. The Manager also performs managerial work administering the daily operations and activities of the customer relationship management process and related communications for prospective students.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Leads the creation of a multi-channel communications plan for prospective students, families, and other relevant constituents. Oversees a production calendar and project management.
Provides day-to-day operational oversight on campaign executions.
Collaborates with MarComm in creating print and digital communications.
Supervises the creation and implementation of campaigns for family members of students in the funnel.
Manages CRM operational processes for outbound email nurturing campaigns by establishing processes and best practices.Stays up to date with industry CRM practices to ensure the most effective and efficient use of CRM communications.
Collaborates with other units in employing effective use of text and chat in communicating with prospective students and their families.
Collaborates with MarComm to ensure relevant webpages are up-to-date and engaging for prospective students and their families.
Fosters strong collaboration and working relationships with key campus stakeholders.
Collects, analyzes, and reports data to help inform communications plan.
Manages budget for carrying out communications plan.
Analyzes and studies internal processes and operations and recommends and implements procedural or policy changes as needed.
Ensures that communications plan activities are in compliance with institutional, system, state and federal laws, rules, and regulations.
May develop regulations and procedures.
Represents the department on committees and at meetings around the campuses.
Serves on the leadership team for Enrollment Management

Minimum Requirements
Education - Bachelor's degree in applicable field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience - Seven years of related experience.
Knowledge of - local, state, and federal laws related to the program area.
Ability to - Ability to multitask and work cooperatively with others. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and planning skills. Ability to present information clearly and concisely. Ability to comprehend and interpret policies and procedures.

This position does supervise employees.
