Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Support Specialist located in Texarkana, TX. The Computer Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting computer issues, performing computer repairs, and maintaining desktop computers and hardware. Daily tasks include diagnosing and resolving technical problems, managing hardware installations and updates, and ensuring optimal functionality of computer systems.
Qualifications
- Technical support and troubleshooting skills
- Experience with desktop computers, computer hardware, and computer repair
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A ) are a plus
- Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred
