Collaborate with academic and administrative units to gather requirements, define project scopes, and deliver tailored operational solutions.Manage and coordinate projects aimed at improving business operations, ensuring timely completion within scope, budget, and quality standards.Develop data-driven insights and provide detailed reports on key operational metrics to support informed decision-making for campus leadership.Work closely with finance, IT, and other campus departments to streamline workflows, optimize resource utilization , and enhance service delivery.Implement process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to drive operational excellence and cost savings.Monitor project progress, manage risks, and communicate key updates to stakeholders to ensure alignment with campus goals.Assist in budget planning, financial analysis, and performance tracking to ensure proper allocation of resources for projects and initiatives.Support compliance with institutional policies, state regulations, and accreditation requirements in all business operations.Act as a liaison between cross-functional teams, ensuring smooth communication and coordination of campus projects and operations.The above represents the major duties, responsibilities, and authorities of this job, and is not intended to be a complete list of all tasks and functions.
