- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Two years in general office or clerical work
Responsibilities
- Coordination of Admissions: Ensure a smooth and welcoming experience for patients and clients by gathering and verifying essential information, clearly explaining policies, and accurately documenting details. You’ll notify the right personnel when patients arrive, collect necessary signatures and payments, and guide clients through the entire admission and transfer process with professionalism.
- Coordination of Discharges: Ensure a seamless and professional patient discharge process by notifying relevant personnel, verifying information, and handling financial communications. You’ll explain billing details, collect payments, gather signatures, document information accurately, and express gratitude for their business.
- Client Care: Provide exceptional client care by guiding clients to the appropriate resource for any issues that may arise during the visit to the hospital.
- Accounting Duties: Facilitates smooth financial operations by collecting payments, counting cashier drawers, and verify working funds.
