AVAILABLE BEFORE 4/8/2025
The Zachry Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering at Texas A&M University is seeking applications for a full-time, tenure-track faculty position at the assistant professor level. This will be a 9-month academic appointment, and the possibility of an additional summer appointment contingent upon need and availability of funds. Candidates must hold a Ph.D. and demonstrate the capability to establish an independent research program. A strong dedication to both graduate and undergraduate education is essential, as well as the ability to engage in interdisciplinary research.

The successful applicant will be expected to teach at both undergraduate and graduate levels, mentor graduate students, lead a dynamic research team in advancing the field of Environmental Engineering, participate in all aspects of the department activities and serve the profession. Applicants are invited to consult the department website, http://engineering.tamu.edu/civil, to review our academic and research programs, including the vision and mission of the Department and the College of Engineering.
