We are seeking a Licensed Insurance Account Manager to join our specialized team. This role is integral to managing client accounts, coordinating renewals, and assisting with new business. You will be working closely with our agribusiness clients to ensure their insurance needs are met efficiently and professionally. This is a full-time, in-office role with flexible work-from-home options when needed. Our office hours are 8 : 30 am to 4 : 30 pm, with half-days every Friday.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate expiration dates for renewals and gather new business information.
- Request and follow up on quotes from insurance markets, verifying all quoted information.
- Assist in marketing new and renewal accounts, determine premiums, and prepare presentations.
- Maintain underwriting information, terms, and conditions for each insurance company.
- Provide recommendations to the Account Manager regarding quotes and outstanding requirements.
- Follow the Agencys Errors & Omissions guidelines and procedures.
- Perform special projects as requested by management.
- Must hold a valid Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License.
- Previous experience in commercial agribusiness insurance is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and email communication.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, including familiarity with MailChimp.
- Experience using office equipment such as copiers, printers, and fax machines.
