Lifeguard Route Supervisor

General Responsibilities

· Supervise lifeguard staff at the pools on your daily route

· Evaluate job performances of lifeguard staff and provide feedback to management; specifically, strong performers and poor performers

· Enforce all facility policies, rules and regulations as outlined by State Law, TAE Management or the Customer

· Respond to patron inquires and concerns as required or direct by TAE Management

· Ensure the general care and cleaning of the facility is being performed as required; additionally, report all maintenance and repairs required to the appropriate TAE personnel. Should said items not get fixed in a timely manner, continue to follow-up until resolved.

· Inspect each facility on your route daily and report any unsafe conditions and equipment needs

· Ensure lifeguard staff is completing all required forms and records as required on the timelines required (i.e: patron counts, water chemistry, incidents, time sheet, Fastfield App Submissions). Additional details regarding required reporting may be provided at a later date.

· Verify employee hours are accurate to ensure that payroll does not have any errors

· Perform lifeguard duties as/if required

· Attend meetings as required

· Perform/Assist Operations directly or other TAE Management with additional tasks as requested

Skills

· Ability to react calmly and effectively in emergencies.

· Ability to follow routine verbal and written instructions.

Schedule

• Tuesday - Sunday 10:00 AM- 6:00PM

Training

• TAE Pools offers training to candidates interested in becoming certified lifeguards.

Requirements

• Must have at least 3 years of lifeguarding or equivalent experience in a related field to work for TAE pools as a route supervisor.
• Must be willing to obtain a Red Cross Lifeguard (Deep water) First Aid/CPR/AED Certified
• Must be able to lift 50 Lbs.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• Must have access to a vehicle.
