What are the responsibilities and job description for the Shipping and Receiving Clerk position at Texas Art Embroidery?
Responsibilities:
- Manage inbound inventory, assign to dedicated order, assist warehouse operations.
- Read & discern proper packing slips matching to proper orders & match all sets of inventory.
- Work with production team & CSR team to set delivery expectations based off of available inventory.
- Verify goods received against packing slip provided and sales order to ensure all 3 match
- Log & report inventory discrepancies with both the order management system & CSR team
- Work with production team to get inventory ready for manufacturing floor
- Basic technology (Excel, Word, UPS Worldship, FedEx Ship).
- Responsive and communicative with emails.
- Sort and log daily inventory receipts from delivery/courier.
- EXPERIENCE WILL SCALE PAY.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
