Our Promotions / Creative Services Manager must be creative, motivated, and have production experience writing and editing spots from concept to completion. This position is responsible for managing the Promotions / Creative Services team and producing effective on-air promotional spots, digital marketing, and special projects.

• Work closely with Promotions / Creative Services team to brainstorm, conceive, write, storyboard, light, shoot, and edit compelling on-air and online promos, lifestyle segments, and commercials either independently or as a team.
• Communicate with newsroom, talent, and / or clients to develop a production plan.
• Work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and ensure that assigned projects are delivered on time.
• Make decisions regarding hiring, evaluation, promotion, and termination of employees.
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient editing with Adobe Premiere / After Effects.
• Promotional video editing experience in a TV environment strongly preferred.
• Possess excellent communication, presentation, organization, and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Assist with occasional promotional events which may include nights and / or weekends.
