The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of CRM best practices, a proven track record in social media marketing, and hands-on experience utilizing HubSpot.
Responsibilities:
CRM Management:
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system (HubSpot) for lead management, sales enablement, and customer engagement.
- Manage and maintain the CRM database, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and segmentation.
- Design and execute targeted email marketing campaigns, workflows, and automations within HubSpot to nurture leads and engage customers throughout the buyer's journey.
- Analyze CRM data to identify trends, measure campaign performance, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment between marketing and sales processes within the CRM.
- Provide training and support to team members on CRM usage and best practices.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest CRM features and functionalities within HubSpot and recommend improvements.
- Private and corporate event coordination.
Social Media Marketing:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall marketing goals and brand identity.
- Manage and maintain a consistent brand presence across various social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
- Create engaging and shareable content (text, images, videos) tailored to each platform and target audience.
- Schedule and publish content using social media management tools.
- Monitor social media channels for brand mentions, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Engage with followers, respond to inquiries, and foster online communities.
- Analyze social media performance metrics and provide reports on key insights and recommendations.
- Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
HubSpot Management & Integration:
- Serve as the primary administrator and expert for the HubSpot platform.
- Configure and manage marketing automation workflows, landing pages, forms, and other HubSpot tools.
- Integrate HubSpot with other marketing and sales tools and systems.
- Ensure data synchronization and flow between HubSpot and other platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any HubSpot-related issues.
- Provide training and support to team members on HubSpot usage.
General Marketing & Collaboration:
- Collaborate with the broader marketing team to align CRM, social media, and HubSpot efforts with overall marketing campaigns and initiatives.
- Contribute to the development and execution of the annual marketing plan.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging marketing technologies.
- Assist with other marketing tasks and projects as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a strong focus on CRM, social media, and marketing automation.
- Proven experience managing and utilizing HubSpot for marketing purposes. HubSpot certifications are a plus.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing social media strategies that drive engagement and achieve business objectives.
