We value your contributions and believe that every role positively impacts patient lives. We are looking for a dedicated Cardiac Device Specialist who shares our commitment to meaningful patient care and teamwork.

Your Role :

  • Interrogate, interpret, and re-program cardiac devices with minimal physician oversight.
  • Troubleshoot critical device issues promptly and interface with physicians to communicate device status.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of device analyses in the EMR system.
  • Ensure proper charge capture for device interrogations.
  • Coordinate and schedule patient follow-up appointments through EMR and remote systems, including proactive outreach to reschedule no-show patients.
  • Qualifications :

  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related science program is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in analyzing and reprogramming cardiac pacemakers and AICDs, or a current, unrevoked Cardiac Device Technology Certification from an accredited training program.
  • Experience in managing remote device transmissions is essential.
