Key Responsibilities
1. Client Engagement:
- Design and implement effective outreach strategies to engage potential clients in need of behavioral health services.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify target client demographics and community needs.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop referral networks and support local outreach initiatives.
- Track and analyze client engagement metrics, refining strategies to ensure performance goals are achieved.
2. Recruitment of Behavioral Health Professionals:
- Develop comprehensive recruitment campaigns to attract QMHPs, Licensed Counselors, and other healthcare professionals.
- Utilize digital platforms, social media, networking events, and traditional outreach methods to source top talent.
- Represent Texas Care at job fairs, industry conferences, and community events to promote career opportunities.
- Create and oversee the production of promotional recruitment materials, including brochures, job postings, and presentations.
3. Community Outreach and Brand Awareness:
- Ensure all outreach initiatives align with Texas Care’s branding and messaging standards.
- Build a strong community presence by engaging with schools, healthcare providers, and local organizations.
- Lead promotional efforts through online platforms, social media, and community events to raise awareness of Texas Care’s services.
- Develop content, such as blogs, articles, and press releases, to highlight success stories and enhance the organization’s visibility.
4. Partnership Development:
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with community stakeholders, including local mental health agencies, schools, and organizations.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and referral sources to increase client engagement and recruitment opportunities.
- Identify and pursue sponsorships or partnership opportunities to expand Texas Care’s outreach footprint.
5. Reporting and Analytics:
- Monitor, evaluate, and report on the performance of recruitment and outreach campaigns.
- Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and achieve optimal outcomes.
- Provide regular progress updates and recommendations to senior management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Social Work, or a related field (preferred but not required).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in outreach, recruitment, or community engagement, preferably in the healthcare or behavioral health sectors.
- Familiarity with Medicaid guidelines and behavioral health services.
- Proven expertise in digital marketing, community outreach, and recruitment strategies.
