Job Summary
To provide ongoing monitoring, support and behavioral support services to adults with severe psychiatric illnesses, children and youth with emotional trauma, mental and behavioral difficulties, as well as to serve their families. The Qualified Mental Health Professional will engage with the adults, children and family in weekly skills training and case management (routine and intensive) service.
The Qualified Mental Health Professional will follow a strength based model to develop and build skills that will help children, youth and families function autonomously and successfully. The Qualified Mental Health Professional will work with the clinical team to develop a Recovery/Treatment Plan focused on the client health and family’s needs.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $24.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
