We are seeking an IT Support/Help Desk to join our team! You will resolve computer-related issues for your clients.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting users with printer, file access, logon and other issues
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone, in person, or remotely
- Track customer issues and resolutions using ticketing system
Qualifications:
- Active Directory Users and Computers familiarity
- Basic network functionality/troubleshooting
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
Education Requirements:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required
