In this role, you'll be at the heart of our projects, collecting and analyzing crucial information to accurately estimate the costs of our products and services. Duties / Responsibilities :
- You will be tasked to thoroughly analyze requirement documents, blueprints, and project plans, ensuring you grasp the scope in every detail of the project. Your meticulous approach will set the foundation for the entire team's success.
- With your keen eye for detail, you'll pinpoint the key factors of production that will impact the cost of our services or products. Your insights will be crucial in keeping our projects financially sound.
- Your expertise will shine as you prepare precise material and cost estimates. You'll ensure we have a clear financial roadmap for each product or service we offer.
- You'll be the go-to person for creating detailed labor and material estimates, ensuring we have the scope for every project. Your estimates will help us allocate resources effectively.
- Your interpersonal skills will be vital as you develop and nurture relationships with our vendors and contractors. You'll be the bridge that connects us with our external partners, ensuring smooth collaborations.
- You'll manage the bidding process with vendors and contractors, ensuring we get the best value for our projects. Your negotiation skills will be key in securing competitive bids.
- You'll confidently present your prepared estimates to management and other stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned. Your presentations will drive key project decisions.
- You'll meticulously compile and record the take-offs you perform. Your detailed records will be essential for future planning and analysis.
