We are looking for caregivers/ teachers who will be gentle, loving and patient with a diverse set of students who are of various backgrounds, abilities, and temperaments.

Lastly, a commitment to teaching fun activities using our frog street curriculum! Follow a daily schedule, create a weekly lesson plan and monitor student progress using learning outcomes and objectives that guide you in teaching.
Position Overview:
As a caregiver/ teacher , you will be responsible for creating a safe, supportive, and interactive learning environment for children in our infant, toddler, preschool or schoolage classroom. You may be placed with newborns up to children 13 years of age. You will plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development while building strong relationships with both the children and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the Frog Street curriculum in an engaging and educational manner, tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers.
- Create a warm and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, providing individualized attention and support.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians, providing regular updates on their child's progress and addressing any concerns.
- Ensure the classroom is clean, safe, and organized, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other staff members to support a cohesive and effective team environment.
Qualifications:
- Associate’s in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or a related field (preferred). Highschool diploma or GED (Required)
- Previous experience working with toddlers or in a licensed daycare or licensed early learning center setting is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to create and implement engaging lesson plans.
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children.
- Must pass a criminal background state and federal check.
