We are seeking a dedicated Telecommunicator to join our team. As a Telecommunicator, you will play a crucial role in emergency response and public safety by receiving and dispatching calls for assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Answer emergency and non-emergency calls promptly and professionally
- Gather accurate information from callers to assess the situation
- Dispatch appropriate emergency responders
- Communicate effectively with callers to provide instructions or reassurance until help arrives
- Utilize medical terminology for accurate information relay
- Analyze situations quickly and make critical decisions under pressure
- Manage conflicts and high-stress situations with composure and professionalism
- Operate GIS (Geographic Information System) software for location tracking

- Maintain phone etiquette standards at all times
