We’re Looking for a Bilingual Phone Person to Join Our Legal Team!

ABOUT POSITION:
- A high energy “people” person who will handle at least 50 inbound and outbound calls per day.
- You must have a warm personality and like to talk to people on the phone. Connecting and building a relationship with potential leads is key to success in this position.
- You will take warm inbound calls from prospective criminal defense clients, follow the scripting process we have laid out, and schedule them for a consultation with our office.
- You will also be responsible for making outbound follow up calls to “warm” leads.
- This is not “strong” selling. This is relationship building. No cold calling.
- Also, some low-key collections work for current clients also required. In other words, remind them of money owed to firm.
- You must be able to talk and type at the same time, as well as making detailed notes and updating our CRM (“Client Relationship Management”) software system.
- Work closely with other employees to achieve firm goals and handle other tasks as needed by supervisors.
- Bonus pay is also available.

ABOUT YOU:
- Excellent Customer Service/Sales skills
- Need to be a ‘people person’ as well as a good communicator.
- Be able to manage tasks well independent of supervision.
- Ability to follow detailed process and call script.
- Great attitude and teamwork mentality.
- Very organized and high-level attention to detail.
- Hardworking and likable since you will be working closely with others in our office.
- Bilingual (Spanish) is required
