Overview
We are seeking a skilled and outgoing individuals to join our dynamic team. As a Foreign Currency Exchange Manager / Teller, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service while executing and managing currency exchange sales. The ideal candidate must have Managerial Experience. Banking Experience is a plus but not required.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with basic currency exchange services
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance the customer experience.
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently in compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Balance till the beginning and end of each shift.
- Maintain a balanced till and ensure all transactions are recorded properly.
- Research discrepancies (short or over) and provide detailed explanation or resolution in a timely manner
- Handle currency and other financial instruments with a high degree of accuracy & security.
- Assist with opening and closing procedures of the branch.
- Follow all security procedures to protect against fraud and theft.
- Identify and report suspicious activities, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Verify customer identification and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Refer customers to appropriate personnel for complex issues
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and policies.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals & improve customer satisfaction.
- Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
Supervise Daily Operations:
- Oversee all branch activities, including teller operations, scheduling, safety, open and close procedures, and financial transactions.
- Teller Oversight including the processing of transactions to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to established procedures.
- Manage cash, including the handling of cash transactions, debit card sales, till balances and reconciliations, inventory, orders and shipments
- Tills balanced prior to the end of the shift
- Safe locking and Alarm set
- Incoming and Outgoings completed prior to the close of day.
- Morning and continuous verification of pending orders.
Reporting:
- Timely and accurate reporting including:
- Daily Scorecards, Weekly 3k , 5k , OFAC, CTRs
- Monthly Operational report assistance Branch Audit and Supply List
Leadership & Management:
- Foster a positive and productive work environment.
- Conduct training for staff to enhance their skills, knowledge, & performance.
- Address operational challenges and staff concerns promptly and effectively
- Ensure that branch policies and procedures are implemented and followed by all staff members.
- Ensure all employees are in attendance according to their schedules, on time, following company guidelines and presentable while documenting instances of exceptional work, individual concerns, or disciplinary action.
