Cleaning Technician

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaning Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas meet our high standards of cleanliness. The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Duties

• Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
• Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure effective cleaning while adhering to safety protocols.
• Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors; clean windows and surfaces; and sanitize restrooms.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
• Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and notify management when supplies need to be replenished.
• Follow established cleaning schedules and procedures to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing any client concerns or requests in a professional manner.

Experience

• Previous experience in a cleaning or janitorial role is preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with cleaning products, equipment, and techniques is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others.
• Must be reliable and punctual with a strong commitment to quality work.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.38 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
