Texas De Brazil Churrascaria (Hawaii) is Hawaii's only full service Brazilian Steakhouse a large 270 seat high intensity high energy casual fine-dinning concept! Located at Ala moana Center serving locals and tourists alike open 7 days a week serving brunch on Sat/Sat.
Overview:
We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Host/Host to join our team. As a Host/Host, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and creating a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly welcome
- Seat guests and manage reservations
- Provide menus and explain specials
- Manage waitlists and coordinate seating arrangements
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
- Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
- Collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is preferred (Steakhouse)
- Proficiency with OPENTABLE is a must
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members
- Knowledge of guest relations and customer service principles
- Familiarity with phone etiquette for handling reservations and inquiries
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Experience in a hotel or food service setting is advantageous
