Job Description
The ideal candidate for this position has a high school diploma or equivalent, such as a GED.
- High School Diploma or Equivalent: Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent is required.
- Experience: One year of full-time customer service, clerical, administrative support, technical program support, mail room, or correctional unit operations experience is necessary. Alternatively, fifteen semester hours from a college or university accredited by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or the United States Department of Education (USDE) may be substituted for six months of experience.
