What are the responsibilities and job description for the Field Operations position at Texas Department of Criminal Justice?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by
an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of Education
USDE). Major course work in Criminal Justice, Counseling, Social
Work, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field preferred.
2. Seven years full-time, wage-earning program administration,
program development, parole process, parole office, case processing,
case management, probation officer, education, or criminal justice
administration experience.
3. Two years full-time, wage-earning experience in the supervision
of employees.
4. Parole officer experience preferred.
5. Computer operations experience preferred.
6. Must possess a valid state driver license.
Must maintain valid license(s) for continued employment in position.
