What are the responsibilities and job description for the Information Technology position at Texas Department of Criminal Justice?
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS :
1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by
an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of
Education (USDE). Major course work in Computer Science, Information
Technology, Management Information Systems, or a related field.
Each year of experience as described below in excess of the required
one year may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an
accredited college or university on a year-for-year basis.
2. One year full-time, wage-earning relational database
Administration, computer programming, or combination
of this experience.
3. SQL Server database administration experience preferred.
4. Power BI experience preferred.
5. Experience in backup and restore activities for databases preferred.
6. Experience of data warehousing concepts and tools preferred.
7. Criminal justice information systems experience preferred.
