MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Graduation from an accredited senior high school or equivalent or
GED.
2. Six years full-time, wage-earning facilities maintenance,
construction, or facilities maintenance administration experience.
Courses in a maintenance- or construction-related field from a trade
or technical school accredited by an organization recognized by the
Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United
States Department of Education (USDE) may be substituted on a year-
for-year basis for a maximum substitution of two years

graduation from a program in a maintenance or construction-related
field from a U.S. military technical training school may be substituted
for two years of the required experience.
3. Experience in the supervision of inmates preferred.
**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $4,726.63.**

**Maintenance Supervisor positions are eligible for a $5,000 Recruiting
Bonus. In order to receive the bonus, the employee must be full-time
and newly hired or scheduled to graduate from the Academy on or after
04/27/18.**
