MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by
an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education
Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of
Education (USDE). Major course work in English, Journalism,
Business Administration, Management Information Systems, or a
related field preferred. Each year of experience as described
below in excess of the required nine years may be substituted
for thirty semester hours from an accredited college or university
on a year-for-year basis.
2. Nine years full-time, wage-earning analysis, research and evaluation,
operation management, or program administration experience.
3. Six years full-time, wage-earning technical or research writing
experience, to include the use of Microsoft Office Suite, or equivalent
to include word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation
software.
4. Experience in the supervision of employees preferred.
5. Governmental agency experience preferred.
6. Information technology experience preferred.
**The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will
be $7,015.23.**
