Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a college or university accredited by
  
  

an organization recognized by the Council for Higher Education

Accreditation (CHEA) or by the United States Department of

Education (USDE). Major course work in Criminal Justice, Behavioral

Science, Public Administration, or a related field preferred. Each

year of experience as described below in excess of the required five

years may be substituted for thirty semester hours from an accredited

college or university on a year-for-year basis.

• Five years full-time, wage-earning program administration, treatment
  
  

program, or public administration experience.

• Criminal justice or substance abuse treatment experience preferred.
  
  

The salary for an ERS Retiree (or non-contributing member) will

be $4,550.16.

The following Military Occupational Specialty codes are generally

applicable to this position. Applicants must fully complete the

summary of experience to determine if minimum qualifications are met.

This position is a temporary position grant-funded through

08/31/2025. Continued employment is contingent upon adequate

funding and the need for the position as determined by the agency.
