A. ROLE DESCRIPTION/SUMMARY
1. Summary of the broad purpose of the position and its responsibilities/duties
This is a full-time, on-site Accounting Administrative Assistant position located in Round Rock, TX. The Accounting Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, handling accounting tasks, managing finances, using accounting software, and processing invoices.
2. Reporting / Working Relationships
Reports to Texas District Church Extension Fund Financial Controller.
3. Statement of Key Outcomes/Activities
- Administrative Assistance and Accounting skills
- Experience in Finance and using Accounting Software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Aid in budget/projections data entry
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team setting
- Prepare board reports and documents as requested
- Manage CECL allowance calculations base of established methodology
- Assist with daily ACH processing
- Knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Associate’s degree in accounting or Three years of experience in related field
- Contribute to the overall efficiency of the accounting department through organization and attention to detail.

Pay: $44,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
