About the Position
This is an exciting opportunity for a dependable, experienced Warehouse Associate to join our team in our Utility Supply & Services division located in Seguin, TX. Schedule will be Monday - Friday, with the potential of overtime highly likely during peak business months. This position may travel between multiple locations including Cuero and Gonzales to assist, as needed which will require a valid Drivers License.
What are the key responsibilities?
- Pick, pack, and ship materials
- Load and unload truck orders
- Maintain accurate inventory in proper warehouse racking and storage areas
- Complete accurate cycle counts
- Receive and put away material
- Able to operate forklift throughout warehouse
- Willing and able to drive and assist at other Co-op locations, when needed
Qualifications:
- Forklift and warehouse experience preferred
- Prior forklift certification a strong plus
- Valid drivers' license required for business travel between locations
- Experience loading flatbed trailers preferred
- Basic computer skills to include, Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to communicate with all levels of employees within and outside the organization
